Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and how to tell us not to share your information.

This page sets out the disclosures California law asks us to make, and explains how to exercise the rights that come with them. Our full Privacy Policy covers everything else.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights over your personal information. We extend the rights below to anyone who asks, wherever they live.

We do not sell personal information to unrelated companies for their own marketing. We do share it with the partners and lenders described in section 3, and because we may be compensated for a referral that sharing may count as a "sale" or "share" under California law. To opt out, email info@maddebt.com with the words "Do Not Sell or Share" and the phone number or email address you gave us, or call (800) 709-1212. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf if they can show they are entitled to act for you.
California residents may ask for a list of the third parties with whom we have shared personal information for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share information for that purpose, and we offer the opt-out above instead.
